SWASTHA

Swastha means "totally happy within one's self" Swastha is dedicated to exploring the ongoing relevance of the yogic perspectives on the nature of consciousness and psychology that are underlined in theories of Samkhya, The Taittreya Upanishads and Patanjali’s Yoga Sutras. Through education, research, group classes and individual sessions Swastha explores the potential contribution of yoga to modern psychological thought and contemporary understanding of the role of body, mind and spirit in fostering equanimity, health and healing.
